Welcome to Teletogo Communications (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of our products, services, and website.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Teletogo’s services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.


2. Services Provided

Teletogo Communications offers VoIP phone solutions, cloud-based PBX systems, on-premise PBX systems, and IT support services.

  • VoIP Phone Solutions: Unlimited calling in North America, with phone rental and service fees.
  • Cloud-Based PBX: Hosted PBX services at a monthly fee.
  • On-Premise PBX: Hardware purchase and optional managed services.
  • IT Support: Assistance with FreePBX, networks, and firewalls.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
  • Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not engage in activities that could harm our network, services, or other users.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Unauthorized access or use of our systems.
  • Spamming, phishing, or other illegal communications.
  • Reselling services without explicit written consent.

4. Payment Terms

  • VoIP Phone Solutions: Monthly payments of $30 per phone, which include phone rental and service.
  • Cloud-Based PBX: Monthly payments of $90.
  • On-Premise PBX: A one-time $1200 hardware cost and optional $200/month for managed services.
  • IT Support: Billed per agreement.

Payments are due on the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.


5. Service Availability and Uptime

We strive to provide reliable services with high uptime; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance.
  • Unexpected outages caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet provider disruptions or power failures.

We will notify you of any planned maintenance.


6. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation by User: You may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. Certain fees may apply for early termination of contracts.
  • Termination by Teletogo: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms or non-payment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Teletogo Communications or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Teletogo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant service.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Privacy Policy


10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” noted at the top. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
